At Exhibitions Insights, we collaborate with partner target audience and other industry stakeholders to create a trusted and impactful digital publishing ecosystem for exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences.

These Partnership Guidelines outline the rules and standards for content, advertisements, and collaborations on our platform, in compliance with Indian laws, rules, and regulations. By entering into a partnership, stakeholders agree to follow these guidelines.

1. General Partnership Terms

All stakeholders must comply with:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 & IT Rules
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (advertising fairness &  consumer rights)
  • Copyright Act, 1957 (intellectual property rights)
  • Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines
  • Any other applicable state or central laws

By submitting content or entering into a partnership, stakeholders grant Exhibitions Insights a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, promote, and distribute the content.

2. Purpose of Partnership

  • Promote transparency, accountability, and mutual growth in the partnership collaboration.
  • Enable stakeholders to share & publish content, advertise, sponsor, or collaborate with Exhibitions Insights in a legally compliant manner.
  • Ensure all partnerships are governed under valid contractual agreements as per Indian law.

3. Eligible Stakeholders/Partners

The following stakeholders may enter into partnerships:

  1. Trade Associations and their regional bodies/chambers.
  2. Event Organizers & Exhibition Centers
  3. Exhibitors &  Sponsors
  4. Media &  PR Agencies
  5. Influencers, Speakers, &  Industry Thought Leaders
  6. Vendors & Service Providers (event &  advertising agencies, logistics, hotels, Pubs, Lounge, catering, transport, Furniture, decors, Corporate gifting etc.)
  7. Hospitality &  Travel Partners
  8. Visitors, Delegates, and Attendees
  9. Global Trade Associations &  Affiliates

4. Partnership Models

a) Barter Partnership

  • Exchange of services (advertisement space, content publishing, promotions) without monetary consideration.
  • Governed under valid barter agreements, recognized under Indian law.

b) Paid Partnership

  • Stakeholders pay for advertising, content publishing, or promotion services.
  • Governed under tax-compliant invoices with GST as per the GST Act, 2017.

c) Strategic Collaboration

  • Long-term alliances with trade associations, industry bodies, event organizers & Exhibition centers.
  • Covered under MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

5. Roles & Responsibilities

Exhibitions Insights

  • We provide advertisement slots, a publishing platform, and digital promotion through multiple channels.
  • We ensure transparency in traffic reporting, campaign reach, and lead generation.
  • Maintain compliance with Indian advertising laws and ASCI guidelines.

Stakeholders

  • Provide accurate and lawful content (no misleading claims, copyrighted material, or prohibited ads).
  • Adhere to payment terms or barter exchange commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian laws relevant to their industry (e.g., GST for service providers, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Stakeholders must own or have carefully proof reading before share the content with us
  • Exhibitions Insights is not liable for IP infringement by partners.
  • Any copyright violations will lead to removal of content and possible termination of partnership.

7. Partnership Benefits

Stakeholders partnering with us get:

  • Content publishing across header/footer categories on Exhibitions Insights platform.
  • Homepage visibility for maximum brand promotion.
  • Lead generation &  inquiries from targeted audiences
  • Analytics & reporting for ad campaigns,
  • Brand visibility across local and global exhibitions, trade fairs and conferences.
  • Networking with industry leaders and global associations.
  • SEO-driven promotion with backlinks &  brand mentions to boost online presence.

8. Liability & Indemnification

  • Stakeholders are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.
  • Exhibitions Insights is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from published content.
  • Partners agree to indemnify Exhibitions Insights against legal claims related to their content or advertisements.

9. Legal & Compliance Requirements

  • All partnerships shall be bound by a written agreement, including scope, deliverables, payment terms, and termination clauses.
  • KYC verification of stakeholders (company PAN, GSTIN, or registration certificates)
    must be completed.
  • Compliance with:

            o Companies Act, 2013
            o Income Tax Act, 1961 (TDS/GST applicability)
            o Information Technology Act, 2000 (digital contracts, online data usage)
            o Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (fair business practices)
            o Competition Act, 2002 (no anti-competitive practices)

  • Data sharing will follow our Privacy Policy, Term & Condition, Disclaimer, Cookie
    Policy and refund and cancellation policy.

10.Termination of Partnership

  • Exhibitions Insights reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate partnerships if content violates laws or breach of contract guidelines.
  • Termination may occur for repeated violations, copyright infringement, or unethical practices.
  • Termination will be notified in writing with 15–30 days’ notice, unless immediate termination is legally warranted.

11.Policy Updates

We may revise these guidelines to comply with legal changes or business policies. Updated versions will carry the “Last Updated” date.
