Our editorial goal is to create authentic, insightful, and SEO-rich content that informs, inspires, and connects global stakeholders in the exhibition, trade fair, and conference ecosystem.

1. Who Can Contribute

We encourage submissions from:

2. Types of Content We Accept

You can submit any of the following for publication

  • Press Releases – Official announcements or brand updates
  • Event Articles – Coverage, previews, or reviews of trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Thought Leadership Blogs – Expert opinions, strategies, and trends
  • Success Stories / Case Studies – Real stories of growth and innovation
  • Product Launch Features – New product or service introductions
  • Video / Interview Features – Recorded discussions or Q&A sessions
  • Guest Columns – Insights from industry veterans or professionals

3. Writing Guidelines

To maintain editorial quality, please follow these content standards:  

  • Word Count: 700–1,200 words (blogs), 400–600 words (news), 1,500 max (features)
  • Tone: Professional, informative, and conversational — avoid promotional exaggeration
  • Format: Use short paragraphs, bullet points, subheadings (H2/H3), and data references
  • Images: At least one high-resolution (copyright-free or owned) image (1200×800 px)
  • Links: 1–2 contextual backlinks to credible sources (no follow for promotional links)
  • Originality: Content must be 100% original, factual, and plagiarism-free
  • Language: English only (simple and global tone) 

4. SEO Optimization Rules

Each submission must include:

  • SEO Title: Max 60 characters
  • Meta Description: Max 160 characters
  • Keywords: 5–10 keywords relevant to your topic
  • Image Alt Text: Short keyword-rich description
  • Internal Links: Link to relevant pages within Exhibitions Insights (if applicable)

5. Content Quality & EEAT Standards

Google prioritizes content that demonstrates Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (EEAT). 

To meet these standards:

  • Include your real name, designation, company, and LinkedIn profile (for credibility).
  • Share first-hand insights, industry examples, or research-backed data.
  • Use reliable citations for any facts or statistics.
  • Avoid AI-generated or spun content without editorial review. 

6. Submission Process

Follow these steps to publish your content with Exhibitions Insights:

  1. Fill Out the Submission Form: Provide your name, organization, and contact info.
  2. Attach Your Article: Upload in Word (.docx) or PDF format.
  3. Upload Media (Optional): Include event photos, product visuals, or videos.
  4. Add SEO Details: Keywords, meta description, and target audience.
  5. Editorial Review: Our editorial team reviews for quality, compliance, and SEO.
  6. Approval & Publication: Once approved, your article is published under the relevant section (News, Blogs, Insights, or Announcements).

7. Copyright & Ownership

  • You must own or have permission to use all submitted content and images.
  • By submitting, you grant Exhibitions Insights a non-exclusive right to publish, edit, and promote your content across our digital channels.
  • Credit is always given to the author or organization unless otherwise agreed.

8. Rejection Policy

We reserve the right to reject or request edits if content: 

  • Violates any law or third-party rights
  • Contains promotional or false claims
  • Is defamatory, offensive, or politically biased
  • Does not meet editorial or SEO standards
