1. Introduction

At Exhibitions Insights, we respect and protect the intellectual property rights of all individuals, organizations, and partners. This Intellectual Property (IP) Policy defines how IP content such as text, images, videos, logos, and trademarks are managed, used, and protected on our platform. By submitting any content for publication, promotion, or advertising, stakeholders and partners agree to comply with this policy and all applicable IP laws. 

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all: 

  • Content contributors, advertisers, and publishers
  • Partners, exhibitors, sponsors, and event organizers
  • Service providers, agencies, and affiliates
  • Visitors and users accessing or sharing content 

3. Ownership of Content

  • All original materials published on Exhibitions Insights, including but not limited to articles, blogs, videos, graphics, infographics, and advertisements, are the exclusive property of Exhibitions Insights or the respective content owners who have granted rights to publish.
  • Partners retain ownership of their original submitted content, but grant Exhibitions Insights a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, promote, and distribute the content across its digital platforms for promotional purposes.
  • Any modification or adaptation of submitted content will be made only after written consent from the original owner. 

4. Third-Party Content Usage

  • If a stakeholder uses third-party logos, photos, videos, or other copyrighted material, they must ensure that they hold proper usage rights, licenses, or permissions.
  • Exhibitions Insights is not liable for any copyright infringement, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of materials provided by contributors or partners.
  • Any content found violating third-party IP rights will be immediately removed or modified, pending investigation.  

5. Trademarks & Branding

  • All logos, trademarks, brand names, and visual identities displayed on the platform are either:
    • Owned by Exhibitions Insights, or
    • Used under legal authorization from their respective owners.
  • Unauthorized use, duplication, or imitation of these trademarks without written consent is strictly prohibited under the Indian Trade Marks Act, 1999. 

6. Content Submission by Stakeholders

When submitting content, stakeholders must ensure:

  1. They are the original creator or authorized owner of the content.
  2. The content is not plagiarized, copied, or infringing upon others’ rights.
  3. The submission complies with our Content Guidelines, Advertising Policy, and Privacy Rules.
  4. Exhibitions Insights has the right to edit, optimize, or format the content to meet SEO, GEO, or editorial standards without altering its essence. 

7. Infringement & Reporting Process

If any person or entity believes their intellectual property has been used or published without authorization, they may report it to: 📧 contact@exhibitionsinsights.com

Include the following details:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • URL or location of the infringing content
  • Proof of ownership or authorization
  • Declaration of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized 

Our legal and compliance team will review the complaint and take appropriate action within 7 working days.

8. Removal or Suspension of Content

  • Exhibitions Insights reserves the right to remove or suspend any content suspected of IP violation, misrepresentation, or breach of agreement.
  • Repeat offenders may have their accounts terminated and may be subject to legal proceedings as per applicable Indian and international laws.  

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Exhibitions Insights acts as a digital intermediary and publishing platform.
  • We are not liable for content accuracy, copyright breaches, or damages arising from content submitted by third-party stakeholders.
  • However, we commit to cooperating with rights holders and authorities to address violations promptly.  

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by: 

  • The Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
  • The Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India)
  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • International IP treaties (WIPO, DMCA, TRIPS) 

All legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.  

11. Updates to Policy

Exhibitions Insights may update or modify this policy periodically to comply with legal updates, technological advancements, or operational changes. All modifications will be reflected on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
