1. Introduction
This Payment & Billing Information Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and processes related to all payments, invoicing, and billing activities associated with digital content promotion, advertising, and partnership services offered to our Indian and global stakeholders. By availing our services or making any payment, you agree to comply with the terms of this policy.
2. Payment Terms
- All services are billed in advance, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract or memorandum of understanding (MoU).
- Payments must be made within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
- For annual advertising or content promotion packages, payment can be made in quarterly or half-yearly installments upon approval.
- Indian clients must make payments in INR (₹), while international clients may pay in USD ($), EUR (€), or GBP (£) through approved international gateways.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following secure modes:
- Bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS
- UPI (for Indian clients only)
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Swift-Code (for international clients)
- Demand Drafts / Cheques (subject to clearance)
All payment details will be shared in your official invoice issued by Exhibitions Insights.
4. Invoice & Billing
- A GST-compliant invoice will be issued to all Indian clients as per Government of India regulations under the GST Act, 2017.
- Global clients will receive invoices that comply with international tax norms and cross-border billing standards.
- Invoices include details such as service description, duration, cost, tax (if applicable), and payment due date.
- Duplicate or modified invoices can be issued upon written request.
5. Taxes & Deductions
- All payments are subject to applicable current GST, service tax, or other local/international taxes.
- Clients are responsible for withholding or remitting any tax deductions (TDS or withholding tax) applicable under their jurisdiction.
- International payments may include transaction fees or currency conversion charges, borne by the client.
6. Late Payment Policy
- Payments not received within the due date may attract a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
- Exhibitions Insights reserves the right to suspend, delay, or terminate services for non-payment until dues are cleared.
- Reinstatement of services after suspension will incur an additional administrative fee.
7. Refund & Cancellation
- All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Refunds, if any, are governed under our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- In the event of campaign non-delivery due to technical issues or platform errors, appropriate adjustments or extensions will be provided.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any billing disputes must be reported in writing to contact@exhibitionsinsights.com within 7 business days of invoice issuance.
- Disputes will be reviewed within 10-15 working days and resolved as per internal grievance procedures.
- In case of legal disputes, jurisdiction will lie exclusively with the courts of New Delhi, India.
9. Confidentiality
All financial information, invoices, and transaction details shared between the client and Exhibitions Insights are kept strictly confidential and used solely for billing and verification purposes, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and GDPR (for international clients).
